Handmade Black American Walnut End-Grain Board – The Modern Design
Handmade in Edinburgh, this end-grain cutting board blends heavy-duty utility with modern design. Constructed from 3cm by 3cm squares, it features a distinctive 45-degree chamfer cut along the bottom edge, rising half the board's thickness; this creates a visually light "floating" effect and provides a convenient, continuous handle around the edge of the board. The board also features rubber feet to keep the board stable as well as elevated above spillages.
Meticulously finished, each board is deep-soaked in food-safe mineral oil and sealed with my signature in-house board wax made with organic beeswax for a durable, satin-smooth shield.
Crafted from sustainably sourced timber obtained from certified local suppliers.

Care: Hand wash with warm soapy water and wipe dry immediately – don’t leave liquids on it! Don’t soak or put in the dishwasher. The board comes treated with board wax, which repels water, but after usage this will need to be reapplied. To ensure the board remains in good condition and doesn’t dry out, please treat it regularly with board wax.
