Written Confirmation: All custom specifications, dimensions, materials, and agreed pricing must be confirmed in writing via email before production begins. Szimpel Woodwork cannot be held responsible for discrepancies arising from specifications that were not confirmed in writing.
Lead Times: Any estimated build or delivery times provided are estimates only. Handcrafting custom furniture and bespoke pieces takes time, and delays can occasionally occur.
Cancellations: Once production has begun on a custom order, or materials have been specifically purchased for your project, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
